We teach teens how to stay strong in difficult situations by giving them practical tools to manage stress. Stress, when met the right way, can drive growth and resilience. Our programs provide strategies to help teens face challenges in a healthy, optimized way. Our teen class offerings include:

What ages are in the teen program?
Our teen classes serve ages 12–17, with beginner and intermediate/advanced groups so teens train with peers at a similar level.
My teen is shy and not very athletic. Will they fit in?
Absolutely. Our coaches specialize in meeting teens where they are. The structured, supportive environment is exactly where shy or less-athletic teens tend to flourish.
